A slightly robust style of Pinot which presents a rich plum nose with hints of clove & forest, integrated with elegant tannins and a well-rounded palate of dark cherry & soft savoury spice. Best paired with dishes such as a Venison Ragu and chargrilled Porter House steak.

A fruit forward style of Pinot which presents an earthy Tobacco nose with hints of sap, integrated with elegant tannins and a well-rounded palate of red current, dark cherry & soft savoury spice. Best paired with dishes such as a veal ragu and roasted crispy skinned duck.
