Our Rosè displays a delicate floral aroma with savoury balance and flavours of sour white cherry, strawberry and fresh apricot, finishing with perfectly balanced natural acidity, making this wine a perfect companion for a wide array of foods.
WINE TECH
Very low yielding crop of high quality slow grown fruit. Hand Picked from a equal mix of D2V5, D5V12, G5V15 and MV6 Pinot Noir clones and skin soaked for 2 hours prior to pressing. The juice was then given time to settle in tank before being float pumped to start of fermentation with a crystal clear juice.
It also spent 2 months aging in french oak bariques. No fining required and prior to bottling it also received a cross flow treatment.
Only 230 dozen cartons produced.
