A delicately balance wine with aromas of fresh pear and Spiced florals, with a fruit forward palate of stoned fruits, marshmallow and nashi pear, finishing with a subtle spicey complexity. Pairs well with Asian cuisine, grilled chicken & delicate seafood dishes.
WINE TECH
Hand picked from cane pruned vines and whole bunch pressed. Once pressed the juice was allowed to settle overnight before racking the clear juice from the sediment, ready to begin fermentation with crystal clear juice free of debris. No refining needed and prior to bottling our Pinot Gris received a cross flow treatment.
