Made with 100% Riesling grapes in a traditional method on lees for 16 months our Joy displays a sophisticated palate of green apple, almond and toasty brioche with fresh dough aromas and a refreshing hint of coastal sea spray. Pairs well with decadent cheeses, marinated oysters and creamy pasta dishes.
