Tasting Notes
Our 2018 Riesling presents a lime driven nose with a refreshingly zesty palate of lemon, lime and a hint of passionfruit, finishing with perfectly balanced minerality and a natural acid backbone, giving this wine great length. Matches well with succulent pork belly and freshly shucked oysters.
WINE TECH
Hand picked from cane pruned vines and cold stabilised over night prior to pressing.
Once pressed the juice was allowed to settle overnight before receiving a float pump treatment, ready to begin fermentation with crystal clear juice free of debris.
No refining needed and prior to bottling our Riesling received a cross flow treatment.
