Tasting Notes
Our 2023 chardonnay has been made from a premium parcel of low yielding fruit that has produced an elegant style with finesse and a concentrated balance of flavours. Aromas of toasty oak, vanilla and delicate jasmine florals dance across the nose, with a palate compiled of rich dried peach, almond and a dash of lemon which falls on a mineral and lightly struck flint structure to finish. Highly recommended with seafood dishes like salt and pepper calamari and creamy garlic scallops.
