Tasting Notes
Our 2024 chardonnay has been made from a premium parcel of low yielding fruit that has produced an elegant style with finesse and a concentrated balance of flavours. Aromas of toasty oak and vanilla dance across the nose, with a palate compiled of rich peach, almond and a dash of lemon which falls on a mineral and lightly struck flint structure to finish. Highly recommended with seafood dishes like salt and pepper calamari and creamy garlic scallops.
